Gordon Chan's Painted Skin reinvented the Chinese macabre classic "Liaozhai" with lavish use of martial arts elements. This Print Skin, adapted from the same source material, offers ample action of another kind. Directed by Stephan Yip (Friday Gigolo), The Ghost Story: Print Skin boasts a handful of erotic film regulars like Sophie Ngan and Lam Wai Kin, in a cautious tale of a scholar falling for an alluring woman who turns out to be a vicious ghost.
