Between 2023 and 2024, nearly 40,000 Venezuelan migrants were bused from Texas to Denver, Colorado. After traveling more than 3,000 treacherous miles on foot - many with young children in tow - they found themselves living on Denver’s streets in the middle of winter, without housing or legal permission to work.
